Service Guarantees for Pool Maintenance

At North Texas Pool Pros, we believe in offering top-notch service that you can rely on. Whether you're on our full or partial cleaning service plan, our water treatment and cleaning are backed by a solid guarantee. Below, we break down how each guarantee works. Pool Cleaning Guarantee

We take pride in delivering a spotless pool. If for any reason you’re not happy with your pool cleaning, just let us know right away—within 36 hours of your service—and we’ll come back and re-clean it for free. It helps us when you notify us on the same day or by the next morning, so we can address any issues promptly and avoid them in the future.

Note: If you’re on our Weekly Service Plan, vacuuming, netting, and floor cleaning are not included. For a little extra each month, you can upgrade to our Platinum Weekly Service Plan, which covers those tasks weekly.

Our Guarantee means we’ll make sure all items in your Pool Maintenance Report are completed to your satisfaction, or we’ll refund you for that visit if we can’t make it right.

Water Chemical Balance Guarantee

For customers on both our full and partial service plans, we guarantee your water’s chemical balance. If there’s ever an issue with water chemistry—like chlorine levels or pH—we’ll correct it at no additional charge as long as your equipment is in working order and your service hasn’t been interrupted.

Note: This guarantee covers routine chemicals like chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and salt for pools with salt generators. Startup chemicals (like stabilizers or calcium) and water changes are not included, but we’re happy to provide a quote if needed.

Algae-Free Guarantee

We know how frustrating algae can be, which is why we guarantee that your pool will remain algae-free when you're on one of our service plans. If any green, mustard, or yellow algae shows up, we’ll treat it for free, provided your pool equipment is running properly and consistently with no interruption in service.

While we do our best to prevent black algae, there are exceptions, such as worn surfaces, poor circulation, or malfunctioning equipment. If we see signs of any issues, we’ll notify you right away so we can take the necessary steps.

Our Guarantee means we’ll resolve any algae issues for free—so you can spend more time enjoying your pool.
